We are a Kiwi-owned and operated business based in Western Australia. Jess, our founder and director, started this company with the support of her beautiful friends and family. With their love and support she brings her many years of FIFO and mining experience to our team. She began her FIFO career as a chef, progressing through various roles within production mining, mining oil and gas operations, and ultimately as a mining recruiter. Recognizing the need to assist individuals trying to enter the industry, she is passionate about helping them achieve this goal.

With her extensive industry and recruitment experience, Jess prides herself on being an industry leader in career consultation, resume services, and recruitment.
